Version 3 — Effective October 2, 2026
Ludo Road — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Tahir Khan ("we", "us", the "Operator"), the operator of the Ludo Road mobile game and the ludoroad.com website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or playing Ludo Road, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read Section 14 carefully. It requires disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. Who may play
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 16 or older and, if you are under the age of legal majority where you live, that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to use the Service.
2. Your license to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Ludo Road on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and not for any commercial purpose. This license is what you get: the app, its code, art, music, sounds, levels, and all other content remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as these Terms allow.
3. Accounts
Ludo Road creates a guest account for you automatically so your progress can be saved and you can play online. You may later attach a sign-in to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Your display name must not impersonate others, infringe anyone's rights, or be offensive — we may change or reset names that break this rule.
You may delete your account and its data at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account — games you are still playing are forfeited), or by writing to support@ludoroad.com.
4. Coins, hearts, and other virtual items
The Service uses virtual items such as coins, hearts, boosts, and rewards ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items:
- are a limited license to features within the game, not property;
- have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold;
- may be changed, rebalanced, granted, or removed by us at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse;
- are lost when your account is deleted or terminated.
Entry fees, stakes, and pots in online matches are denominated only in in-game coins. Ludo Road is a game of skill and chance played for virtual coins only. It is not gambling, and nothing in the Service can be cashed out.
5. Purchases and ads
Virtual Items may be offered for purchase through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Purchases are processed by those platforms under their own terms, and their refund policies apply. Except where required by law or by the platform's policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices and offerings may change at any time.
The Service shows third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for Virtual Items. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and watching an ad that fails to deliver a reward should be reported to us so we can make it right.
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, bots, or modified clients, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its communication with our servers, except where the law grants you that right despite this clause;
- abuse, harass, or threaten other players, or use offensive display names or messages;
- interfere with the operation of the Service, probe or overload our servers, or access them other than through the app;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, adjusting Virtual Items gained through abuse, and suspending or terminating accounts.
7. Your content
The Service lets you submit limited content such as a display name, emotes, and feedback messages (including optional technical data you attach to a bug report) ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service — for example, showing your display name to other players in a match, or using your bug report to fix a bug.
You are responsible for Your Content. It must not be unlawful, offensive, infringing, or deceptive, and it must not contain someone else's personal information. We may remove or refuse any of Your Content at our discretion. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used freely and without obligation to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. Online features depend on our servers and third-party services and may be interrupted, suspended, or retired. We may require app updates for continued online play. We will not be liable to you for any modification, interruption, or discontinuation of the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Firebase App Check with Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity (device attestation), and the Apple and Google app platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Advertising content is not ours. Ads are served and selected by Google AdMob. We do not write, review, or approve individual ads, and an ad appearing in the Service is not an endorsement of it. Tapping an ad takes you out of the Service to a third party with its own terms and its own privacy practices. Please report a misleading or harmful ad both to Google, using the marker on the ad, and to us at support@ludoroad.com.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or where required to protect the Service or other players. On termination your license ends and Virtual Items are lost, with no refund except where the law requires one. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, and 11 through 16) survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
14. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to email support@ludoroad.com describing the dispute and giving us 30 days to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be fixed this way.
Arbitration agreement. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief as a court, and the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Where the AAA's rules provide for it, the arbitration will proceed by written submissions, telephone, or video conference rather than in person. Payment of filing and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Small claims carve-out. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class action waiver. ALL PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court, severed from any claims that remain subject to arbitration.
30-day opt-out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing support@ludoroad.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and the display name or account identifier you play under. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
15. App store terms
Apple. If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and the Operator only, not with Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app; in the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims; Apple is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app; you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, and in case of conflict regarding the distribution of the app itself, they prevail.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will change, and the app will ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing. The current Terms always live at https://ludoroad.com/terms.html. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and, if you wish, request account deletion.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms: support@ludoroad.com, or the feedback form in the app's settings screen.
